Mission Statement

In America, the personal dietician and personal trainer have become privileged sanctuaries for the rich! The Inches-A-Weigh program offers the equivalent value of personal care in a more cost-effective way for the ordinary woman.

Our goal at Inches-A-Weigh is to help you reach your goal through nutritional guidance, behavior modification and exercise classes in an affordable manner.








































"Inches" are "the new pounds"

Inches” are “the new pounds” in a unique weight loss and exercise program for women.  You can look at Inches-A-Weigh as one program you haven’t tried in your ongoing saga to lose weight and tone muscles.  It will be the last program you ever join.

How many times have you visualized your dream body?  Maybe hung a model’s picture on the refrigerator to encourage your dream.  It didn’t stop you from getting that piece of cheesecake on the top shelf, did it?  Finally, you throw it away and get back to the practical life.

With Inches-A-Weigh’s three-phase program, practical living allows dreams to come true. 

Phase 1—supports women’s nutritional needs on both realistic and emotional levels.

Did you ever hate yourself for giving into temptation?  In the  Inches-A-Weigh Program, you will never have to feel that again.  Here, the nutritionist will work with you closely while teaching you the behavior modification in 26 different lessons until one of them works for you.  Instead of self hate, you learn to try again with a positive attitude.  There is not only a supportive and energized staff, but there is also support from your fellow melting-away companions.  Friendships expand while inches decrease.

Phase 2—makes that dream body very real.  You’ll find that you enjoy reclining on the toning tables while the table moves you through low impact exercises in a series of sit-ups, leg-lifts and waist-slimming movements.  It’s an everyday occurrence to hear women lying on the tables ask, “Do you think this will really work?  It’s so relaxing.”  And responses like, “Oh, it works. I’ve lost 40 inches in the past 3 months.  My rear end has gone from alerting others about making wide turns to a tight, firm work of art in progress.”

Phase 3—encourages cardiovascular fitness on a variety of machines. Some of us read through it, some talk through it, but I daydream about melting away.

"Here you have Life Coaches..." At Inches-A-Weigh, you don’t have a coach who is only a familiar face to weigh you in each week.  You won’t find someone who has suffered like you and has made it to nirvana, or whose job is to provide encouragement and recipes whether or not they work for you.  Here you have Life Coaches who are living your goals along with you, who never give up on you and won’t let you give up.  You can expect intelligent and open dialogue with people who know how to help you, along with assistants who provide pillows or weights, and trainers who direct all your movements.  The energy, the laughter, the conversations and pleasant music swirl around your peaceful mind as your body tones, loses fat, increases muscle, builds strength and, best of all, loses inches.  Inches-A-Weigh is the Union League of weight loss and exercise for women who need a place to go after work or during the day where they are welcomed, comforted, satisfied and supported.
